my side hurts when i run.
June 16th, 2009 by littlevi played foot ball,baseball and a little colledge football ball intill i blew out my knee. I am about to start training at a mma facility here soon. I am in great shape 5′6 185. i work out constantly. i just started cardio and i am getting this sharp pain in my side i have never had. i am not sure if it is a cramp or what but it’s painful. I have tried controlling my breathing it’s not helping. I think it has something to do with my diet. i drink probily 3-4 energy drinks a week and a cup of coffee or 2 in the morning. Is there anything i can do to counter act this pain? the obviouse probily would be to stop drinking energy drinks.
